POSOLOGIE USUELLE :
Adulte de plus de 18 ans : la dose initiale est de 1 comprimé à 1 mg par jour. L'adaptation de la posologie est faite ensuite, en fonction de la glycémie, en respectant des paliers d'au moins 1 semaine. La dose maximale quotidienne est de 6 mg.
