Dose standard adultes : 1 à 2 g / une fois par jour. Dose maximale adultes 4 g par jour. Une administration deux fois par jour (toutes les 12h) peut être envisagée lorsque des doses supérieures à 2 g par jour sont administrées.
Dose standard enfants : 50 à 100 mg/kg 1 fois par jour (max 4 g)
