A titre indicatif la posologie est de 1 ampoule par voie sous cutanée à renouveler si nécessaire.
Si les symptômes ne régressent pas rapidement après l'injection sous cutanée ou s'ils réapparaissent quelques heures plus tard, il existe un risque d'évolution vers un asthme grave et une hospitalisation peut être nécessaire. Ne pas hésiter à contacter rapidement un médecin ou un service médical d'urgence si les symptômes réapparaissent après l'injection.
