Chez l'enfant et le nourrisson, la dose recommandée est de 25 à 50 mg/kg/24 heures en doses fractionnées :
Enfant 500 mg à 1 g soit 1 à 2 cuillères-mesure de suspension à 250 mg 2 fois par jour.
Nourrisson : 250 mg à 500 mg soit 1 ou 2 cuillères-mesure de suspension à 125 mg 2 fois par jour.
