Enfants de plus de 6 ans :
50 mg/kg/jour, posologie pouvant être portée jusqu'à 80 mg/kg/jour dans les infections staphylococciques sévères
Dans les infections staphylococciques sévères, la posologie peut être augmentée jusqu'à 2 à 3 g/jour chez l'adulte et jusqu'à 80 mg par kg par jour chez l'enfant.
