r Posologie (Dose et Administration)
- Posologie Usuelle (Adulte) : 1 à 2 ampoules par jour .
- Mode d'administration :
- IM Profonde : Voie recommandée.
- IV Lente : Exclusivité en milieu hospitalier pour les urgences. L'injection doit être très lente (plusieurs minutes) pour éviter le risque d'hypotension.
- Indication : Traitement d'urgence des manifestations allergiques sévères (choc anaphylactique, œdème de Quincke) ou traitement de courte durée des insomnies sévères.
- Mise en garde :
- Somnolence : Effet sédatif très puissant.
- Photosensibilisation : Éviter l'exposition au soleil après l'administration.
- Contre-indication : Enfants de moins de 2 ans
