Posologie (Dose et Administration)
La dose est équilibrée selon le poids du patient et le type d'infection. Une cuillère-mesure de 5 ml contient 125 mg de métronidazole. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ]
- Enfants (Posologie courante) : Généralement 30 à 40 mg/kg/jour , répartis en 3 prises .
- Exemple : Pour une amibiase, 30 mg/kg/jour pendant 7 jours consécutifs.
- Adultes : 1,5 g par jour (soit 4 cuillères-mesures 3 fois par jour) pour une amibiase.
- Mode d'administration : Voie orale. Bien agiter le flacon avant chaque utilisation.
- Indication : Traitement des amibiases, giardiases (lambliases) et infections à bactéries anaérobies.
