Insertion du cathéther
Il faut porter des gants et serrer le garrot afin de repérer la veine. Le cathéter est ensuite introduit dans la veine avec son mandrin en place jusqu'à l'apparition de reflux sanguin. Faire coulisser ensuite le cathéter sur le mandrin jusqu'à la garde du cathéter.
